When using the services of a booked interpreter in clinics, wards and departments (excluding GUM and Midwifery Clinics which are held separately) please ensure that the Yellow Interpreter Assignment Sheets are forwarded to the [[Pals|PALS]] office and not incorporated in patients’ notes.
