The Yellow Interpreter Assignment Sheets
When using the services of a booked interpreter in clinics, wards and departments (excluding GUM and Midwifery Clinics which are held separately) please ensure that the Yellow Interpreter Assignment Sheets are forwarded to the PALS office and not incorporated in patients’ notes.
