Retardia Sanitarium is the lair of the dark god [[Herra]], and his/her demon minions. From there she/he wages war to the World, and constantly tries to rape and destroy the [[Kakaists]].
The place itself was born, when the all-mighty Kaka, and the high priest Kakak decided to lock [[Herra]] in a place, where he/she could do as little harm as possible, towards the kakaists.
But somehow [[Herra]] continuously can teleport himself among the kakaists, and spread his/her own [[Retardia]] religion and the dark prophecies.
