Ingredients:
*3-4 fair-sized potatoes per eater (1-2 more than you eat boiled - take my word!)
*6 tablespoons of oil
*2 measurements for spices of white pepper
*1½ teaspoons of salt
*As much garlic as you can (be arsed to) chop (2 nails per eater)!
+Chop the potatoes and toss them in a bowl
+Pour the oil
+Add pepper & salt
+Add chopped garlic
+Mix up as well as you can
+Pour on a deep tray
225 degrees Celsius, 30 minutes
Say no to the convection oven!! Crispier that way!
