Oven Garlic Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3-4 fair-sized potatoes per eater (1-2 more than you eat boiled - take my word!)
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 2 measurements for spices of white pepper
- 1½ teaspoons of salt
- As much garlic as you can (be arsed to) chop (2 nails per eater)!
- Chop the potatoes and toss them in a bowl
- Pour the oil
- Add pepper & salt
- Add chopped garlic
- Mix up as well as you can
- Pour on a deep tray
225 degrees Celsius, 30 minutes
Say no to the convection oven!! Crispier that way!
