Ingredients:
* 3 cups of banana puree
* 3 eggs
* 1 cup of oil
* ½ cups of brown sugar (white if there's none available)
* ½ cups of orange juice
* Vanilla or almonds essence (optional)
* 1 spoon of orange peel
* ½ cups of crushed nut
* ½ cups of raisins
* 1 teaspoon of baking powder
* 1 sodium bicarbonate
* 1 pinch of salt
Procedure:
1. Mix the oil with the sugar.
2. Add the eggs and keep mixing for 6 minutes.
3. Add the banana puree.
4. Add the flour and all the other things.
5. Place in a large, buttered and floured pyrex.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds or raisins.
7. Bake on the oven for one hour at 350º F.
8. Serve.
