Mashed Potatoes
(I' m guessing all these measures, usually just go for what will give it a nice feel to it, or perhaps if you like more of something, just add more of it =D)
Ingredients:
- 6 peeled potatos, not too big, but a decent size
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ an onion, chopped
- 50g of butter or margarine
- salt
Procedure:
- Boil the potatos with the salt until you can insert a knife and the potato doesn't stick on it, nor it falls apart =P
- On a bowl, put the margarine and then the potatos, mash them very well until there are no big things
- Pour the cream and mix well
- Add the onions and make sure everything's even
- Serve while it's still warm
