Fip Kaak is the answer to everything. As an example, let's imagine a conversation between Mister X, and Miss Y. X's name is John, and Y's name is Ginger.

X: "Hello Ginger, how do you do?"
Y: "Fip Kaak, how about you John?"
X: "Fip Kaak."
Y: "Do you know what the time is?"
X: "Fip Kaak."
Y: "Oh, thanks John."
X: "Fip Kaak."
Y: "Oh, you're always such a gentlemen!"
X: "Fip Kaak."
Y: "Ok, see you later today *flush*"

So, as you can see from our lovely little example, Fip Kaak is absolutely the answer to anything. We can just imagine what will happen between John and Ginger after this example has taken place. And, did John have some other issues, he needed an answer, like something social? Who knows...
