Retardia Sanitarium

Retardia Sanitarium is the awful, foul-smelling lair of the dark god Herra, and his/her demon minions. From thence dooth Herra wage war against the World, constantly trying to rape, pillage and ultimately destroy the good-natured Kakaists and their systems.
The place itself was born, when the all-mighty Kaka, and the high priest Kakak decided to lock Herra in place, where he/she could do as little harm as possible towards the kakaists. But somehow Herra continuously teleports his molestuous being among the graceful Kakaists, spreading his Retarded religion and dark prophecies on the side.
