Interesting, Le Chiffre in "Casino Royale" is supposed to use a Benzedrine inhaler - at least as far as the original book goes.

He did use an inhalator a few times in the movie, it was just never shown what for. I thought it was for asthma, and wondered why it wasn't use like usually - that he's denied access to the inhalator when he needs it most, and dies pitifully. That explains why it didn't happen, guess it wasn't for asthma at all
