Links/Files page features
I'm missing link date and time info at http://www.slowdays.org/links/, which the front page box has. That info would be useful when figuring out which links you have missed!
Re: Links page
What can you say, this is absolutely seconded! Great idea, I'll have a look at Smeagol's code and see if I can replicate the front page on the links page. If I can't, I'm sure Smeagol will do it
Edit: I did it - very crudely, if I may add. I'm sure Smea can polish it up

Re: Links page
All this leads me to believe we should perhaps have a search and a date sorting feature for files too.
Re: Links page
I'm so ashamed, I really didn't remember we had a file search already. Smea's always one step ahead of me Would it be possible to display the file creation date easily, though?

search files
could it be possible that when you search for the files on /files you can also search for the metadata on each file?

Re: Links page
I merged your topic here, nobile, since it has to do with the same issue (both files and links have been discussed here). I wonder if the Player is utilizing some meta data right now?

Re: Links/Files page features
I've modified Enok's topic to meet the current state of the discussion I think the best guideline for us is to have less threads with more posts in them, as we don't have that many users and it is easy to keep track of new posts thanks to the main page (as long as you visit Slowdays every now and then, that is!).
